Exactly what I was looking for!
Today is my first day using the headset at work and I absolutely love it! The sound is nice and clear, and clients have no problem hearing me. I even tested it out by calling my cell phone to hear the clarity and it was great! No more cranking my neck to hold the phone on my shoulder. Also, I have had the headset on for about 7 hours straight now, and it is so comfortable and lightweight that I forgot I was wearing it at one point. Highly recommend!!

Terrific headset
This headset does a great job. Comfortable to wear with no digging or squeezing my head. The sound quality is very good. It was a wise purchase to make working hands-free easier.

Works great!
I originally bought the Yealink Headset with Microphone Mono MT. I returned it and replaced it with Mono Dual. Much much better. Sound quality very good, noise reduction excellent. The microphone stays in place. I’m so happy I returned the others and bought these.

HEADSET DO NOT WORK

Customers cannot hear
The headset was comfortable, but our customers kept saying that they can't hear us even with the mic right at the mouth. Unfortunately, it did not work out for us.

Mic was not noise cancelling
I found it comfortable and people could hear me but we did a test and, for sure, the mic was NOT noise cancelling. I asked a few people in my office to make a ruckus, they said “ruckus ruckus ruckus” and the people I talked to during my test could hear them saying it. I went with a headset that was almost half the Cost and it legit has noise canceling mic AND headset. This one is on its way back to Amazon. :(
