What a valuable six volume set and considering what you get, it's at a bargain price. These were the best wrapped for shipping books I have ever gotten. They arrived in perfect condition. If you like Wiersbe, this is a must-have addition to your theological library.

A friend of mine had this set and would pull it out for reference now and then. I had it sitting in my cart for 2 years then finally I decided to buy this for my husband for Christmas. He can't put it down. It gives him loads of insight into history and what was going on where and when. it helps to put biblical teachings into perspective. Love it, highly recommend.

I really like that not only are the chapters are broken down very well, but so are the verses. I have learned so much. Some difficult concepts for me to understand have been explained in a manner which is very user friendly. When I study the Bible I have the commentary next to me. The statements that the author makes are supported by scripture to cross-reference. In my opinion this commentary is a tremendous asset to my Bible study.

This commentary is extensive and great for any lay person wanting to better understand the Word.

These Bible commentaries are adding a better interpretation to my daily Bible reading. I often have questions that my Bible or other books that I have do not answer. This set provides a better understanding for my questions that arise as I read. These are a valuable asset written in plain English and as I mentioned in the title they do not read as "preachy" to me the way another commentary set that I have does. Although a bit pricey, I believe these are well worth it.

I expected to pay an arm and a leg for this incredible set! They are such a helpful study tool! They are definitely going to get a lot of wear and tear!

Arrived in good condition as described. Box sustained some damage but contents were unmarred. Has been doing wonders for my study. I highly recommend it to any Christian looking to deepen their understanding of God's word.

The books are beautifully bound and make a great addition to my library. More importantly though, Wiersbe's exposition and commentary will greatly enhance my deeper study of the Bible.
