All the xTool Selected materials that I've tried have been high quality and this cherry plywood is no exception. It comes well packaged and it's flat, smooth and unblemished on both sides. The cherry veneer is thick enough to take a light sanding if you want to clean up any burn residue. It cut just fine on my xTool P2 with a single pass. If the price was lower, I'd buy all the time because it is relatively expensive.

I’m new to laser cutting but found this sampler to be of good quality. I like that they are unfinished and that I can apply my own materials for masking. I made a few living hinge clutch bags for Christmas this year and found that after printing/cutting the wood takes stain and painting very well.

The wood is as described and is of good quality.

I'm not a typical high rater. To get five stars, you have to knock my socks off. 4 stars means GOOD. The batch I received, so far, have not had too many voids in the ply layers. Voids are a common problem in plywood limiting their use for scroll sawing or laser work. So far, I've used a few and have not had a significant void in the layer.

Highest quality material, but I really appreciate how these guys packaged and shipped. FAST and done really well.

The basswood plywood works as expected.

First of all, this is a A/B grade basswood, which means the A side is the side that faces up. If you need both sides to match, then go with the A/A. Very pleased with this product, works great with my Xtool

I believe about half of the wood did not cut the same. I couldn't tell if it was the glue or what was off exactly. Also some areas were thicker than other areas on the same piece of wood. Use your caliper.
