SFH has always been my go-to protein powder! Great taste. Great consistency, and NO CHALKY after taste!

This is a surprisingly delicious protein powder that mixes very well. You'll need a mixer or blender. Very good on the gut - no issues whatsoever. And it's not excessively sweet or anything - very balanced. One of the highest quality protein powders I've ever used, if not the highest quality. Worth the price 100%.

The flavor is really good, mixes up very smooth, no gritty or chalky texture. I’ve made protein shakes and baked protein snack balls with the powder, everything has been delicious!

I love the SFH proteins. I use many products from SFH and highly recommend. The flavor is good. No chaulkiness. It mixes good in a mixer bottle with different liquids. It is a more expensive protein but you get what you pay for.

This quality of the product is very good in taste and texture (vanilla flavor). As first time purchaser, I wanted to try this out based on what I've read about it --testimonial reviews, product information, etc. It is very pricey and will buy really once in awhile. Already have in mind alternative brand to fit my budget.

I purchased this protein powder because I was going on a cruise and had limited space in my luggage. I took a rechargeable whisk and enjoyed a packet in my coffee during the day. They dissolve well and the flavor was pleasant. I was pleased with the convenience, flavor and price. I will buy again.

I did a little research online because I was looking for a whey protein to make with/cook in/mix with recipes. This came up number 1 on the list, so naturally I purchased a bag and awaited It’s arrival eagerly. I received it and mixed it up in a shake to test before making any recipes. It was AWFUL. This is by far the worst protein I’ve ever consumed, and that’s saying something. I choked the rest down because I hate being wasteful and I needed my protein. I assume maybe I had gotten a bad batch? Or maybe they’ve changed the formula since that list I found online was made ranking it number 1. Either way, I sent out my return this morning and the refund was already processed. Just waiting for it to hit my bank, so I guess that part was positive🤷🏼‍♀️

I mix SFH Chocolate with Vital Protein's Chocolate, and PB2 peanut butter powder and with less than 20 oz of water, all are smoothly mixed together with a blender bottle. I've maintained around 180-220 grams of protein per day, and have managed to lose 4 pounds while also increasing strength in bench, squat, and pull-ups. I wouldn't be hitting strength goals without protein supplements, and SFH's flavor makes it easy to drink.
