The timing of the power bank is very low as it was charging my mobile for only once

The shape of the power bank is elegant and similar to the shape of a mobile phone, it took 6 hours to charge it with energy, and the process of transferring energy from it to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ took about 12 hours to get 100% of the available capacity in the aforementioned mobile.. The result for me is that it can be considered as an external battery For mobile phones that cannot be relied upon as a real charger.
