Completes my Sushi “Equipment”
A nice addition to all of my sushi gadgets. Before I was putting the sushi rice in a mixing bowl, adding the sushi vinegar and then emptying it onto a wooden cutting board and draping it with a towel on top to cool. Now it’s one step. Does a great job. Great quality of wood and workmanship. The sushi rice was perfect! Very happy with it!

Every sushi maker/Japanese cook needs one
This works really great and keeps the sushi rice nice and fresh for a long time. It's a very useful size for mixing, seasoning & prepping sushi. It took me a while to decide to get it but I'm glad I did. It cleans up easily and dries quickly. It adds an "authentic" feel to my sushi making. I make sushi a couple of times a month and it gets plenty of use and is holding up well.

This bowl is the ideal size for cooling sushi rice. It has a solid construction that feels durable and is easy to clean, making it a practical addition to my kitchen. I believe I'll have it for quite a long while. I bought it along with my new Zoshiruko Rice cooker for making sushi.
