Excellent Product
Excellent buy. Works great on my hard wood and tiled floors. Easy to maintain, light weight to use and manoeuvres easily around the floor. Holds its charge and genuinely a fantastic buy. My floors have never been so clean. Highly recommended!

Life changer for DOG owners
With 5 dogs in the house, you have better believe that we have spent some serious money on hoovers and other cleaning gadgets. I didn’t know the brand and I bought this somewhat in despair after our Dyson clogged up yet again (there is also the robo hoover the dogs decided to pee on regularly, the very fancy kobold they chewed the charging cable for which the company makes no parts for - you get the picture)…We used to hoover and mop around 4-6 times a day in the kitchen where the dogs are for the most part, and it was a complicated exercise of hoover - let dry - mop - steam. Our kitchen floor was forever between these stages and it took a lot of hard work to keep the area hygienic, particularly during mud season, which - let’s face it- is most of the time in the UK.This piece of kit has changed EVERYTHING. I waited 6 weeks before writing a review, and it has been the cleanest 6 weeks since our pack multiplied to 5 dogs (and we currently have a 4 month old Great Dane puppy in training). The hoover action is not its best feature but it has sufficient suction for small bits (seeds, crumps etc). It has only been blocked by the occasional small piece of cardboard (see shredded box) and it was very easy to unblock.I go through at least 4-5 tanks of water a day constantly wizzing it about, but it has enough power to work on sticky floor stains if one persists a bit.It is easy to clean the tank, as it separates the dirty water from the hoovered bits (mostly dog hair in our case) so it can be emptied in the trash can separately and save the drains some damage.More serious cleaning is the removal of the brush to make sure there is nothing stuck - also very simple. It is less cumbersome that I originally thought; the size is deceptive. It fits under the edges of all our cabinets easily but not very deeply.Battery life is sufficient if used on auto mode but goes down quickly on max. However even we don’t need to hoover the entire place on max so it shouldn’t be a problem. Also charging is fairly quick. We all enjoy the AI voice reminding us to check the water tank etc. it can be turned off though for those who might find it a nuisance.Three points of improvement imo:1) the ability to deep clean the brushes (ie running them through a washing machine programme would have been excellent), thought we run the deep clean programme every evening and the shorter one during the day. My husband also runs the roller under boiling water to disinfect it every night in addition to its own programme, because - let’s be honest: dog pee.2) a more affordable soap - perhaps a cup full is enough for other households but we are heavy duty users and go through it like water.3)it’s not amazing in corners and edges, so you still need to have a cleaning solution for those areas. If you need a tool that hoovers and mops at the same time - as we desperately did - this has been an absolute lifesaver. It has cut the daily cleaning time significantly, it’s easy to use regularly, easy to clean and HAS NOT CLOGGED with the duvet-filling quantities of hair in our kitchen.Truly the fact that I bothered to write a review on this indicates how delighted we all are in our household to have simplified what used to be the worst chore in the most demanding, high-traffic area. The endless self-congratulations we have exchanged for our decision to buy this are truly the most welcome harbinger of middle age.Highly recommend.

Very impressed
Had it about a week so can’t speak for long term durability yet, but so far I am very impressed at what it can do. The amount of surface and hidden grime and dirt it picks up is unbelievable - the dirty water chamber is a sight to see. Okay it not industrial grade cleaning but if you have a busy household and hard flooring, going over them with this mop will help keep it clean so much easier. So far, I would definitely recommend this mop. Battery lasts as long as it says - so far. The price was great (Black Friday Sales) easy to use and clean. Lots of Videos on YouTube. Down side will only be if you are picky and expect miracles.

Not ideal for Asian households
For the price the bundle is worth it at £300. However performance is poor. Poor hoover suction and poor mopping. The concept of mopping and hoovering is awesome however for performance.

Now we love our tiled kitchen floor!
So far 5/5 for this hard floor mop/vacuum...we have a dog that runs in and out of the garden onto our creamy tiled kitchen floor, with red Herefordshire mud on her paws...thus cleaning it 5-6 times a day in the recent wet weather...Unpacked this, charged it up and set it up...less than 20mins later, a sparkling floor. Streak free, clean and a few days later still cleaning ingrained mud out of the grout.Effective cleaning with little effort. Easy to move around, quite light and sufficient runtime! Excellent!

vs Bissell CrossWave
Moved to this from a Bissell CrossWave.Initial thoughts:It’s lighter and much quieter than the Bissell. It leaves the floor much dryer than the Bissell. It’s about the same time to clean the device as the Bissell - about 5 minutes. The app, while interesting isn't really necessary. It’s much easier than the Bissell to use and I’d say cleans fractionally better. The voice commands and lights are a nice to have when using. At full price it’s too expensive.I was concerned by the reliability reviews prior to purchase. I guess only time will tell, but for now I’m very happy.

Best floor mop!
So I thought very hard about this purchase, having been disappointed in the big Brand (Vax) of which I had 2 and they are very temperamental. I read the reviews carefully. I love this! It is easy to use, almost propels itself, doesn’t leave the floor wet. Cleans up dogs paw prints very well. It is a roller brush covered with thin material so it works brilliantly on smooth floors but perhaps can’t get deep into the grooves. Some reviews mention an irritating voice command. This model doesn’t seem to have this. We just get a light when the water container is full or empty. It’s pretty intuitive. And it picks up really well. The self cleaning function you just press a button & leave to do its thing and charge. I am very pleased with this purchase and hope it lasts.

Excellent product and super useful for dog owners
Really need to praise the product after 2 months in. Excellent and while never heard of this brand before, I trusted some other reviewers. Really great combination of water and normal functions. Highly recommended. Our floor before was full of dog hairs etc. Now clean and for allergy sensitive people a game changer.
