I was a huge fan of another daily vitamin brand, but it was so difficult to get them, even here. So, my neighbor told me about Dougals Lab supplements. Let's just say I've switched over to this brand and love all of the vitamins they have to offer.

The reason for four stars is that it’s very expensive at this site. I will be getting it elsewhere.

These vitamins are third party tested and verified. I have taken them for about two years. They are so complete, the dosage is two tablets. As a senior, I get a perfect “report card” on my bloodwork labs every six months.

Excellent multi-vitamin. Makes me feel like I'm getting all the proper nutrients I need for my diet and that I'm doing something good for my health. These don't cause any nausea which I've experienced with some other multi-vitamins. No strong smell and they're easy to swallow. The only downside is they are pretty expensive. Not sure I'd be willing to regularly shell out this kind of money for vitamins. Otherwise, great product!
