Love this product. It has thickened my hair.

I have bought this product twice and I am now seeing a difference in my hair growth. It is a big help with an issue I am very sensitive with. It isn't a miracle cure, and it doesn't happen overnight, but with consistent use the difference will be there.

I buy the shampoo, conditioner and emulsion for my sister and me. She got me to using it and the price is the same as the store and they don’t have the emulsion. So I pay the same I would pay at the store but don’t leave the house

This is the third time I have ordered this product. The first two order’s delivered a product that was a light amber color and somewhat watery. I was fine with that, understanding that ingredients that might thicken the product would likely just be unnecessary fillers. In December I ordered two more bottles. When they arrived, I noticed that the product appeared to be completely different between the two bottles. One bottle contained a product exactly like I am used to while the other bottle contained a crystal clear, much thicker product, almost like a traditional hair gel. The included picture shows my last bottle side by side with the two new bottles. The bottle on the far right looks empty but contains the clear and much thicker product. The bottles were not safety sealed so, despite the exact same ingredient list on both bottles, I have no way to be comfortable using the product. Right in time to notice that the product is not eligible for return. Frustrated. I’m also noticing another review with a similar complaint. What up?

I was not happy that it was late a few days, from date initially given.

If you want to try the three-step system, it's much cheaper to buy the package which contains this product along with the shampoo and conditioner for just over fourteen dollars here on Amazon. I bought the shampoo and conditioner at Whole Foods but they don't carry the Emulsion product. The shampoo and conditioner don't seem to add any more body than any other shampoo or conditioner on the market.The Emulsion product comes in a fairly small bottle which won't last long if you use their recommended dosage. As far as I can tell, it doesn't make my hair noticeably fuller. Hair gel would add more body for far less.
