Brilliant product! The double pump is super efficient, comfortable, and easy to use. It’s saved me so much time and stress and gives me hands-free time to look after little one! Definitely worth the money, would highly recommend!

Cheap useless pumps
The worst customer service experience I have ever received. The pumps were totally useless and I kept getting replacement parts that did nothing for me. This back and forth meant my milk supply didn't establish and I struggled to get it back to a good level. I was then finally told I would get a refund but only if I sent the parts back. I did this, but no refund came. After chasing I was asked for proof of posting to get the refund, I did this as well. Since then, I have been chasing for over two months and getting bounced around but no refund has come through. As a new mum, I have little time spare and yet I'm wasting the bit of downtime I have in chasing to no success. Disgraceful behaviour for a company that says is built for women - such a lack of empathy and respect. The pumps are cheap quality and favour aesthetic over function. Do not recommend.

Brilliant quality and great product.
I used the very first pump with my first born; loved it and this one is even better. Comfortable fit, great to have the app and definitely on par with the hospital grade pump. Makes pumping so much easier and efficient. I highly recommend it to mums purchasing a pump that can be used at home, on the go and whilst you’re holding baby and getting on with your day!

Will give your freedom back!
Easily considered this the best purchase I ever made that's for a new parent. We actually bought two, so can do both breasts at once.I can easily express 100-150ml/session (per breast) at 5 weeks after baby. It's much easier to wash than other pumps and you can do your supermarket shopping without anyone noticing. It's excellent. Before that we've tried the Spectra which CONSTANTLY lost vacuum and fell apart. Absolute waste of money. I was stuck holding it together with both hands like a prisoner. The suction was bad on the Spectra as well. Dont bother with anything else, get this. Plenty of parts available at affordable prices and the fitting guide is a great.Thank you Elvie for giving my freedom back!!!!!

First time mum - would definitely recommend!
Really pleased I decided to buy this pump as it’s been a godsend. When I was overdue I used this to collect colostrum and now that I’m breastfeeding it’s helping when baby isn’t latching on one of my boobs. Really straightforward to put together, use and is really comfortable to wear!

DO NOT BUY! Terrible terrible pump
Having used other single pump Elvie products I thought I'd give the Stride a go as I needed a double to express whilst back at work. After a few weeks of light use (twice a day, two times a week) the cups began popping open after a session once I had removed them, spilling the milk everywhere. From the first time it happened, I meticulously followed the assembly instructions in hope it was my mistake, however it kept on happening. Emailed customer service, who went through the assembly instructions again so I tried again and again... still happening. They sent me replacement parts... still happening. Nearly 20 emails later and I'm no closer to being able to return the product and get a refund. Their customer service is terrible, just like the product. As a Mum with a baby with CMPA, losing expressed milk is literally losing my baby's food source - there is no replacement as he doesn't tolerate the synthesised formulas. Do not risk buying this pump, look elsewhere!

Works well while it works but don't expect it to last long...
The pump worked well (not excellent, but good enough) for a while, was a massive help to express enough for 1-2 night feeds. However it broke after 4 months, after troubleshooting with Elvie customer service it seems that the connect kit and the diaphragm needs to be replaced - but as it's out of the 90 days warranty it will cost £65 to replace these. My fault for not checking the warranty and expecting a full year at the price tag the pump comes at but still massively disappointed.Of course I will now have to purchase the spare parts to make the initial £250 I spent not a total waste...

Better than the Elvie single
Still not great though.. better pump quality and still pretty discreet but quite fiddly and not sure the green bits always align thus meaning no suction or milk
