The Pride of India Triple Omega Superseed Mix has become my favorite addition to bread I make with my Zojirushi BB-HAC10 bread machine. Aside from the health benefit they provide a satisfying crunch and take my whole grain bread up a notch. Highest recommendation!

Making bread

It is a healthy addition to my diet, I put it in yogurt and on salads, I gave the taste factor a 3 because I don't eat it raw out of the jar. When you mix it with foods you can't taste it.

I’m new to the seeds and just love this mix! I already use flax & chia but, love adding more variety. This is fantastic in my smoothies. Someone mentioned grinding them. But, I don’t think I need to.

I was hoping it to be milled but its not. I use 1 tsp in my smoothie and also 1 tsp in my oatmeal. Anything more than 1 tsp is too gritty for me. Im pleased with the price for the amount. If it was milled I would have given a 5 star. The container is very handy also.

I've been adding these seeds into my homemade bread, salads, and dishes to ensure that I'm meeting my needs for the Omega 3's in my diet!!

I love these on a banana with chopped up dates. So yummy

I use this product in my breakfast oats and my healthy shakes. They are delicious and full of goodness.
