Don’t usually write reviews but had to come on here to say how great the product and seller are. Initially I was frustrated with the order as the balloon didn’t appear to inflate at all like the images (see second picture) and I wasn’t aware you needed to carry on pumping with air/helium to get the desired result (as in the first picture). I complained to the seller who refunded me straight away without any complaint.For anyone buying the product who hasn’t used orb balloons before (like I hadn’t) I would recommend you use an electric pump to fill them up to get the desired result. If you’re filling with helium you need to put enough in to fill the balloon to its max size or it won’t float.Mine has currently been floating with helium for 6 hours and still going strong. If it deflates sooner than this it’s probably due to not tying the seal up tight enough!

12” balloons will not stay inflated despite being tied tightly
Purchased 2 sets of 12” balloons for a function in september. Watched a few you tube videos after blowing up a couple to try with the lights wrapped round - stretched them by hand and inflated with air to get the perfect round shape - deflated them completely and filled with helium. Look superbly round - tie microlights round the balloon and all looks well - until an hour later when they start deflating and lights around balloon start sagging before dropping off?! Thought it was down to me and error on my part - after exhausting youtube and online tips - started cycle again only to find that same thing was happening?! Balloons are poor quality - some popped when filling and overall dissapointed as cannot use these at all and waste of money. I will add I purchased a 20” size from another seller and those balloons do not deflate so feel their is a quality issue with some of these 12” balloons.

Product does the job, which is the most important, but they came with kind of mark of stretched in one part.It is very hard to blow even with electric pump, since if you do not stretched properly, you can get strange shape.

Awful product - waste of money.
Every one of them are popping!! they dont shape well!! Waste of money - wouldn’t buy again !!

Bobo balloon
As the balloons were vacupacked. It creased the balloons and made the quality thinner which resulted in one balloon bursting.
