Great Bingo Set With One Caveat
I studied the various bingo sets on offer from Amazon and chose this one as the one best suited for playing bingo with the kidlets.Contrary to some of the complaints voiced in other reviews, I didn't have any issue with the box the toy came with. We are able to use it to store the game when not using it. The balls come attached to a plastic frame, but we were able to snap them off cleanly and they fit without a problem in the plastic tray that holds them. That plastic tray is one of the reasons why I got this set; it is much easier to put the called balls in an indented plastic tray than it would be to put them in punch-outs on a piece of cardboard that other bingo sets use. The tray allows you to quickly see which balls have already been called. It snaps together and comes apart for easy storage. The cage to hold and spin the balls is well-made and sturdy. It has a little gate that you can open and close tho quickly insert and remove the balls. The cardboard bingo cards were large enough to see well and laid flat on the table. The colored plastic markers are clear so you can see the numbers through them and we didn't have any problem with them. The only problem with this set is that the numbers on the balls seem to wear off very quickly. Some didn't seem to have that problem but others got faint after only a few games, so there must be different dye lots involved. So what we did is get a Sharpie and as a number was called, we just rewrote the letter and number on the opposite side of the ball so that when the pre-printed number ultimately disappears, we'll still know what number to call. That's the reason why I knocked a star off the review of this product. We've been having a lot of fun with this game. I bought a package of paper lunch bags and a number of small items (baseball cards, loose change, tiny plush toys, PEZ, Swedish Fish, Hot Wheel cars, etc) and placed them in the bags, stapling the top shut. Whoever wins the game gets to choose a bag first, then whoever's second chooses, etc. That way everyone gets a prize (since various ages are playing). Everyone opens their prize at once and if they want, they can swap with each other and everyone is happy with what they get.

Very nice set
This Bingo set is very good for the price, I like the cage it works very well but I like to put the the numbers in a sack and shake them up, the old fashion way. But the cage is very nicely made and works. The only thing that I didn't like is the numbers on the balls are too small and some are fading. So I got a thin marker and I started to write the numbers in myself. Plus the Bingo chips that come with the set are way too small so I got some regular size chips on amazon for a few bucks. But for the price is not bad at all. I'm much satisfied with this purchase.

I'd Give it a Zero if There Was One
First the packaging: This is the worst item packaging I have ever seen. When I lifted the box out of the shipping carton, it simply fell apart emptying all the contents on the floor. The box had no structure whatsoever. It's folded cardboard with no tabs, interlocks, etc. I couldn't believe it. I had to put several rows of tape around it just to hold it together. There isn't even a brand or company name on the box. It simply says Made in China. Terrible! The balls need to be snapped off of a plastic form, which inevitably leaves little plastic burrs on both sides of the ball, which by the way, are quite sharp. The burrs also cause problems fitting into the tray for called numbers. Oh wait, that doesn't really matter because the tray didn't fit together anyway because of the extremely cheap tiny pin tabs that snap right off when you try to assemble it. I have read many negative reviews and gotten the impression the reviewer had an axe to grind of some sort. I assure you, this is not one of those cases. I'm trying to save others from wasting their money as I did. This is a terrible cheaply made product. As mentioned above, no company is even willing to put their name on it! Shame on me, I should have been smarter. DON'T BUY IT! I hope this helps.

You get what you pay for.
It's okay. The balls are about the size of dime in diameter. It's novelty, so hey, I wasn't expecting them to wheel in what they use at a Friars Club. But, one problem I had with the set: The balls. My wife said a couple of them were okay... but rest of them were missing their numbers or their print was rubbed off. I literally had to take a permanent marker and just fill them in myself to match the BINGO order in the trays. This may or may not piss my grandparents off -- results pending.Other than that, it's basically a black hamster cage with a hole in it.

family game night!
I got this for my grandmother since she's unable to attend bingo anymore due to her health. We turned it into a family game night where we all buy prizes from the dollar store and then get together with my grandmother and play good old fashond bingo! I love the rolling bingo ball cage because it gives a more nostalgic feel. And the cards given with the game are plentiful we usually can play two cards at once or for bigger crowds we just use one but theres definatly enough. If playing with bigger crowds you might want to buy some additional chips from a craft store as you might loose a few or need them more spread out etc. But over all this was a great purchase!

Blue Ridge Bingo Set was a hit with the kids!
I bought the Blue Ridge Bingo Set for our church family winter retreat. This Bingo set plus some prizes bought at the dollar store added up to a great time for the kids. The small balls and the light weight basket made it difficult for the kids to operate without a little help. After checking out all of the other Bingo Sets offered, this one was a clear choice. This is a good Bingo set for the price.

We've had a good time playing Bingo
We've had a good time playing Bingo! However, some of the balls had NO labeling on them, had to place them all on the board - and use a marker to properly identify them. The ball cage works just fine, and we've not even used all the Bingo boards yet. Over all - great set-up!

Bingo Day!
The first set was returned as the numbers and letters wore off but they replaced it and the next one was better. My special needs adults use it every Wednesday. Bingo day is a very important event. I was pleased with the customer service.

... rubbing off the white balls - I am totally disappointed in the game and would like to be sent ...
We have only played with the game about four times and the numbers are already rubbing off the white balls - I am totally disappointed in the game and would like to be sent another set of number balls or a replacement game - I am 100% dissatisfied with the numbers rubbing off the balls after only a couple of days - do not buy this item!
