Issues with the Bluetooth Printer
I purchased this Bluetooth printer with high expectations, but my experience has been disappointing.On the first day, I managed to power on the printer without any issues. However, when I attempted to connect it to my Android phone via Bluetooth, I encountered a persistent error that prevented me from using it. I tried various solutions, but none worked, which was quite frustrating.My disappointment grew the following day when the printer's battery would no longer charge. This meant that my investment in this product turned out to be a wasteful expenditure of money.In summary, this Bluetooth printer has been a total letdown. The connectivity problems and the swift battery failure have left me unsatisfied. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Loving it!
The media could not be loaded. Got this the end of January, had my freight forwarder bring it to me here in Jamaica and I love using it in my small business. Made a review about it on TikTok which got over 200k views and also placed it in my Amazon store front and I’m sure the seller got a couple sales from it. Really easy to set up and use with the Loyverse app.

Works ok but no support
Printer works ok if and when get it paired with android phone. No support on website even though said online available now. Had to download third party app to get to work but does work ok when done. Had to use magnifier to read manual was so small print. Looks like will work but a lot of hassle to get working.
