At first I thought the mesh part was kind of dirty looking. It’s not white. But after adjusting it and pulling a very curly pony tail through I was sold. Love it! Well worth the money.

It was hard for me to find a way to pull my hair up yet wear a hat. This works well with adjustable height pony tails. It doesn’t have to be at a specific height on my head to wear the hat. Soft material and comfortable.
