Great for Cleaning Fine Files
I've no idea (and really don't want to know) what "dental" use these have, but I use them to clean small specialty files - specifically those used to work on musical instruments. They're perfect for cleaning tiny flecks of metal and wood and there's plenty of wire to trim and feed to last a really long time. The wire is slightly softer than similar brass brushes sold by luthier specialty shops, but this has no effect on performance and certainly doesn't justify 4x the cost compared to these.Be patient with the delivery time. It took a couple of weeks, but these brushes at this price aren't easy to find and they're definitely worth the wait.
