I have purchased two or three of these. They work amazingly. I have a bad habit of wrapping the cord around, so the cord wears fast so do not follow in my footsteps. This is primarily a backup charger, but I use it all the time since my original died. I just do not want a new laptop, so this is a great alternative. My one complaint is that the metal prong itself gets loose fast and easily, but at this point, I can push it back in with no issues. It still does not stop me from purchasing.

My laptop would not turn on I assumed it was the original charger. I bought this one with hope of it powering on. I waited a few minutes before hitting the power button it in fact turned on! Downside is be aware that it’s not a ORIGINAL charger so if you have a 360xEnvy like myself it might or might not give you a message informing you that the charger is a dupe! But it works wonderfully.

I've had the product for about two months and have used it minimally and it's already stopped charging intermittently. I have to hold the cord a certain way for it to charge. The problem is the cord and not the connection to the laptop. I thought having a fabric-type cord would help prevent this exact issue but I was wrong. Very poor quality.

Works great for my laptop and cameras

Bought this 90 watt charger in Jan and it made a loud pop noise and quit working in Sept. Pretty sure it was the capacitor that blew and I was glad I was home when it happened. Not sure if something worse would have happened or if it would have just stopped working. It was very very warm right after it blew out. Worked good before. Charged the battery well and let the machine work at full speed which can be a problem with a lot of chargers that don't have the signal pin Dell requires. Bought another even though it seems to be in warranty (1 yr) Edit: I made no attempt to contact the seller, they contacted me and offered me a refund or a replacement of the charger that failed on me. That was very nice of them as I had already purchased a new one to replace it. It arrived a few days later. Very pleased with this kind of service.

the power cable along with the adapter was of poor quality and just burn out in 4 days, although the charger is still running for about a month.

I don't know whether its original or first copy but surely does the job in such a less price. I got it for Aed. 22+ 10 shipping charges. Also its very well matching to my Dell latitude E5420 laptop. Thanks AMZ & the supplier.
