This fan is big and powerful, almost industrial. It is heavy and well made. Assembly and installation took about 1/2 hour. Be careful with the fan guard backing screws while installing into the fan housing as they can strip out in the aluminum housing easily. I suggest installing them with some red loctite (271). Make sure the backing is oriented in the right direction when installing. I purchased a 110vac fan rheostat to add more adjustability to the fan speeds. On high, it is a bit loud but we wanted to move lots of air on our back porch and this works great. Awesome value for the money.

Fan works great. Just don’t like to have to pull two chains to turn it off. One for the fan and one for the oscillating

If you are looking for a fan with oscillation make sure you choose the oscillation one there are two types one with oscillation one without.I would have given five stars but the only 2 things I see as potential problems . Be sure to look through the box and the packaging well as the bolts, nuts, lock washes and washers fall off their brackets in shipping. The oscillation is a little choppy. It moves well then it stops and then bounces a bit and moves well again.I use it in my work shop so I don’t mind it but smooth movement is always better on mechanical things. Choppy or bouncy movement adds stress to mounting bolts. Some people are saying the fan is loud. It is a high rpm industrial fan it is going to be loud. Other than that the fan is fantastic I bought 3.I was able to use 5/16 x 2-1/4 Tapcon concrete screws. I mounted them on concrete block. Holds very well. Make sure you use ANSI rated concrete drill bits like Bosch, Tapcon, Milwaukee or the Tapcon screws will not hold correctly.

Received two of these fans off Amazon July 18, 2024. My electrician charge $175 to install both fans . One fan broke within one hour of running. The motor stop isolating in the isolating mode, and when placed on high speed there’s a grinding noise is heard coming from the motor. That means it will have to be uninstalled which has become a costly investment

Installed two of these fans in my newly built workshop. Commercial performance and good price point.

Excellent product/price!!! I got it installed on my 3 cars garage and plugged with an smart outlet so I can turn it on/off with my phone or my google home kit. Installation took me 39 minutes maybe, super easy, 3 screws on the wall and ready to go. About noice... is a huge industrial fan, so good to set up expectations on that, just regular noice for a huge fan, nothing crazy. Recommended!!!

Purchased this on recommendation as ‘Amazon Choice’ my search engine was for oscillating fan, this does not oscillate, so my guard was down so too late, but does tilt or turn side to side, The fan and bracket are heavy duty, but the wire shroud is a bit sub par, the fan works great and moves a lot of air can feel it at least 20 ft back, not happy with how the blade mounts on the spindle, it’s a flat spot with a screw set, looks like this could be a future issue, spindle should have been tapped also so screw goes in spindle , while happy with function, there isn’t a discernible difference between high and low speed, fan is noisy, this went into a Pilates studio instructors may complain clients can’t hear them , may get a complaint and forced to replace to something quieter, we will see
