I’ve tried everything for many years to help with a multitude of problems. Sleep, stress, joint pain and energy. I’ve only been taking this product for about a week. So far I’ve seen an improvement in consistent progress and a boost in energy. Energy was a huge default of mine. I see a positive improvement in my overall well-being. I will continue to take this product and update again. I encourage you to try it. I can’t wait to see what 30 days will be like.

Some people say it helps them sleep. I didn’t get the same effect.

easy to swallow

I'm not a fan of taking something twice a day, but I'm glad I tried it. My sleep has improved and i feel like I've got some more clarity too.

I had heard this was one of the best enzymedica magnesium . Have been taking it for a good while.

Replaced mg citrate with this one for mental acuity. Seems to be working. Love Enzymedica products

I haven’t seen any difference. I will not be reordering.
