Q: Where can i get the stuffing?

You can fill this with old cloths, crushed cotton, or you can also fill with poly fill.

Q: How much polyfil think I need?

I used the cotton filling from another punching back that weighed 100 pounds and I used half. So I’m thinking 50 pounds will work. Make stuffing the dummy a two day project so you don’t get burned out half way. Be patient and it will be worth it. It’s a slow process. Good luck

Weight of shipping package is around 2 kg for unfilled dummy.

Q: What size gi would fit this best?

A4. It was a hard struggle putting on an A2 and really you need to have a lose fitting GI. Great idea to but the GI on. I have the same set up and it really helps me and I’m 59 still trying. Good lunch
