How breathable are the Mesh ones compared to the stock velvet pads with Gen 4? Just as breathable, hopefully?

I just bought the a50s I hate the way they fit they hurt my head and ears idk if it’s because I wear glasses. I loved my a40s. Will this mod kit help?
