Easy to use, what I like about it is I can use the soft one and it has light so I can see what’s inside of the ear.

I would have liked to see a magnifying lens behind the light so I can better see the ear canal. I love the light and ear cleaning tools as well as the price and shipping was very fast. It definitely helps me to keep the wax cleaned out of my son’s ears.

This is a great buy if you want something affordable and simple.

I bought this for my daughter who often gets wax built up in her ears. I really enjoy the magnetic light that goes right inside the tweezers - definitely way easier than trying to juggle a flashlight or phone. It's very easy to charge up the flashlight if it grows too dim or dies. I use it sporadically so I can't really speak for battery life. I don't use the attachable spoons and I personally could have done without them but the metal tool and tweezers are great. It's also nice that they fit into the handy little case so I know they're always clean when I'm ready to use them.

This tool worked well for a while. I haven't owned it a year yet and have only used it maybe 10 times in that time and it won't work now. The light only turns on if it is plugged in.

It worked pretty well when I first got it, but the charging port does not work, so once I needed to charge it, the return window was up, and there was nothing I could do. Tried other cables hoping, but it is the unit, not the cord. Not worth it
