Bands snap very quickly
Only had this item for less than a week and one of the bands has already snapped and another is showing signs of wear. If you get this only use it by attaching one end to the strap as threading the band through the door band loops will shear the band very quickly.Just an update. The seller has been in contact with me and I am very happy with their response over this issue and would rate them 5 stars in that regards!

Works like a dream
Fits perfectly on my door and doesn’t damage it at all. The buckle adjustment is perfect for sizing, the bands are good quality on their own and it is easy to pack for working out in hotels etc. Very pleased.

great idea, bit pricey, is it safe?
review for door anchor strap======================This is essentially a ratchet strap with several loops that you can attach to a door. However, the strap could have done with a better ratchet buckle - it's the most basic one, but it does the job.How well this fits does depend on your door height and top and bottom door gap size. I struggled to fit this at first. There are no instructions, but the basis is pretty simple - you just put it on the door. All you need to make sure is the black loops are above the metal rings, as in the product pictures and that you have threaded the ratchet correctly. In the end, I found a picture that made me realise I had threaded it incorrectly. I've attached the picture maybe others may find it helpful. After correctly threading and orientating the strap, although the strap was not completely tight against the door - you could lift it slightly, it did actually work as advertised. I put a few bands together and then used my weight to pull it from the top position, and it does pull the strap a few inches from the surface of the door which gets progressively worse as you use the points going towards the centre point loop. It is a normal nylon ratchet strap, so should be good for the load- not sure if repeated use on the same door will have wear and tear on the door itself, but it seems to be a nice idea. You also need to make sure you've tightened and threaded it properly or you could start exercising and find it pulls quite a lot more from the surface of the door.At the time of writing, Dec 2021, the price of the door anchor is £20 and the door anchor with included bands is £28. I couldn't find any other door anchor straps like these, but the single door anchor, the one that has a foam head and small loop for just the top or bottom door position can be bought for as low as £2 (inc delivery) on Amazon. Yes, this particular door anchor gives you three or four mounting positions along the door, but at quite a price hike. Its also possible the price has gone up just for xmas, and possibly come down again afterwards to give an appearance of a 'sale' price. Also a bit nervous if it will hold up properly over time - it only takes one break that could potentially be quite painful or worse cause injury. So far, only the top and bottom points seem quite sturdy, but if thats all you were going to use, you would be better off just getting a couple of single door anchors for £4-£5.I will try and update in 6 months to see how well it holds up.

Injury risk!
Upon using this item for only the second time, the black band (which is meant to be the strongest) snapped, striking me in the back of the head, causing a lump and a slight cut to my head

Easy to install
This was easy to install on my door. I have used it at all levels. It works great and has held up well. So far, there is no door damage. The resistance bands seem weak or not as strong resistance as I expected. I double up or use multiple resistance bands together to make stronger resistance. Using leg wraps with resistance bands can be tricky if standing. I have balance issues, so leg bands work better for me if I lay on the floor. I burned as many calories and got a good workout using this as I do at the gym. Hand single grip handles are a little smaller than expected. Otherwise happy with product.

Easy & affordable
I love this product! I’m low income and cannot afford to spend $1500-2000 on a cable pulley machine. This product is EASY to “install” and gets the job done. You definitely don’t need a manual or installation instructions. It’s a strap - slap it around, secure & tighten. Done. I’m going to buy a second one!
