I want to start my review by stating that I played the controller out of the box.Why didn't I update it when everywhere it says to update the controller before playing? Because after spending 1h in front of the computer I could not download those updates.The download button on their website works 1 out of 20 times. And because out of 2 downloads I managed to start within one hour, none got finished. There was no difference when I used Wi-Fi, or cable connection. No difference when I used no VPN, nor when I connected to Japan, Korea or Hong Kong. The connection speed ranged from 40b/s to 10b/s. GuiltKit reminded me of the dial-up modem times. Unfortunately, they brought the bad part of those memories. Thanks for wasting 1h of my life.With that out of the way, the review. The controller lays well in hands, has decent build quality and looks good. Unfortunately, those are the only positives.All the 'bads' are connected to their revolutionary analog sticks. Those suckers have two positions; on and off. There is nothing between. So if you play a mindless button-smashing platformer like Brash Bandicoot or Sonic the Hedgehog the controller does the job. Unfortunately, in any modern game where the character control requires you to gradually apply pressure on the analog sticks this controller will only frustrate you. You know like when you aim, walk close the ledge, try to steer a vehicle, fly a plane, you name it, none of those you can do with KingKong2. The positions you can use are either the center of the screen or all the way in other four directions. Forget about playing any modern game wit it.Don't know if updates can fix those issues. Why? Because, unlike any other non-reputable Chinese company providing their software updates via the google-drive, download aggregate sites or even torrents, GuliKit sold you the product and wants nothing to do with you.Stay away! Don't say I haven't warned you!If you really want a hall sensor controller, google will provide you with a dozen viable alternatives for PC or any console.
