Good sound reducing ear protectors
Bought them to do some ground work in my garden. Cheap and cheerful. Didn't need the in ear plugs the actual defenders worked perfectly. Barely heard the compactor and mower when in use and sat comfortably on my head for more than an hour at a time. Easily adjustable also.

Brought for my autistic child to go see the air show broke straight out the box causing him to get upset and scared of the loud noises ruining his day and making him feel scared to go on another trip absolutely useless product poor poor quality

These are great
The adjust to fit, I've a small head 54s in MX helmet size. It needed adjusted up a few clicks as it's smallest it was too wee. When on it was comfy and amongst 20 odd bikes it was quiet. Loved these and bought a second pair. They chucked in some orange stick in the lug plugs but I've not used them.
