I love this converter. It worked amazingly well on our trip to Iceland and Denmark, and we used it to charge electric toothbrushes and a compact hair iron in addition to our phones. I was really worried, having read other reviews and articles, that the converter would overheat or otherwise cause problems with electric toothbrushes and heating tools, but this one had zero issues and our appliances all worked great. We didn't have to use any of the adapters because it uses the most common European plug by default, but they all look easy to use. I gave this as a gift, too, and the recipient used it successfully in Greece and Kenya. And finally, it fits nicely in its carry bag and doesn't take up a ton of space. Really excited to have this for further international travel!

In an earlier review I gave this product 3 stars citing failure of one of the new transformers I purchased straight out of the box. To my very pleasant surprise the manufacturer reached out to me and offered me a refund, which I took them up on. I got another unit and loaned it to a friend traveling to Spain. He said it worked perfectly and returned it to me. Based on my experience, and for whatever it is worth, I recommend this product. It is inexpensive, works well, and the manufacturer stands behind their product.

I purchased this item in March for a trip to Europe in April. On the first night of our trip, I wanted to use this Power Adapter/Converter to recharge the battery for my phone and it didn't work. I tried different outlets in the room and it wouldn't work. I contacted the hotel registration desk and he said he didn't know why it wouldn't work, so I just assumed that I had purchased a defective product. I was definitely disappointed because I purchased it because of the size and th many things that you could charge at one time. The next morning we were talking to other hotel guests and they said they didn't have any problems in their rooms. I mentioned this to the guy at the front desk and he said he'd check on it. When we returned that evening, it worked. So the problem wasn't the product, it was the hotel's problem. The adapter/converted worked very well for the remainder of our trip to Europe (Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Ireland) which was 5 1/2 weeks long. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is traveling to Europe. It work very well for me and I used it every night for me except for the first night which was caused by a problem at the hotel.

I really like how I can plug USB straight into the device, though they're low power. If you want a fast charge, bring your own adapter you can plug into the power slots. I like the length of the cord, so if the hotel outlet is on the wall you don't have everything hanging there - you can place the adapter where you like. Removing one star for lacking a Swiss type J adapter, which left me scrambling in Switzerland.

We purchased this converter in preparation for our trip to Europe. After a significant amount of research, we noted that this converter had great ratings and feedback. Unfortunately, we were unable to test it out prior to using it. When we arrived in Europe, the converter did not work. We tried using it on several different items and none of them worked. This was extremely unfortunate as we were in Europe for two weeks and needed those items. The return window has also passed since I purchased it in preparation for our trip so I’m unable to get a replacement product or refund.

This is the first converter/adapter that has not died or fried one of my electrical using appliances while traveling. Also the first I didn’t throw away during trip. The cord while taking up a little more space in my suitcase was actually a benefit because it seems outlets are never in a convenient place. I love the multiple plugs and multiple usb and usb c outlets. We were able to charge 2 phone and iPad and electric tooth brush at one time. No overheating. Great product!

Used this during my recent trip to Italy. Used my curling iron and charged my phone too! So easy to use!

Not too loud and works pretty well

La capacidad del convertidor es muy baja, no es suficiente para poder operar una secadora. Cuando lei inicialmente las características indicaba algo que yo interpreté que si se podía usar. Sin embargo, cuando recibí el producto y lei la descripción me di cuenta de que no se podía. Fue un error mío pero la información es confusa.

El producto recibido era de otra marca y otras características.

No funciona como convertirdor de energía, solo como adaptador gigante (en el mercado hay mucho más compactos) y me llegó incompleto, le faltaron dos adaptadores que según la descripción incluye.
