Flopped product.dont buy this product.swing will last for 5 days .no service after registering complaint

Does both the blower (top & bottom) blows the air or only the top section blows the air?

Only top section will blow.its a failed product from Symphony.swiel function will stop within a week and service is not good, won't last for 24 hours
