Looks like it is new. No paperwork, but came with a charger! Also has the snapdragon chip which I thought was not coming to the UK A big 10 out of 10 from me. Still has a few years updates and so for the price....an absolute stellar deal.

I ordered the same model from another seller in 'excellent' condition that was in no way even 'good', never mind excellent. This phone came well packaged with charger and cable and was in excellent condition condition and as described. Working as it should, battery life great, so very pleased with it so far.

BIG wear on the side. bottom corner damage made the SIM tray difficult to remove, spotting all around the frame. battery tests at 80%, which is just within the acceptable limit.No charger in the box as advertised, only the lead.back cover ok, screen ok, small scratch on it which is hard to see with the screen on.wont be returning as i took the time to set up and other than the disappointing issues listed, it works perfectly.
