It will be a custard consistency.If you put it in an isis gourmet whipper you can increase the fluffiness to a very light whipped cream of mango and coconut.

Needed this kit for an upcoming event and was totally gutted as the security seal was broken and the weighing scales removed. No time to return so have had to purchase some micro scales elsewhere. Surely if you seal your products they must be checked before dispatch. The quality of the goods are very good so for the sake of not receiving the scales I’ve knocked off 2 stars. 😢
