These really stink, but the smell lasts for a second while going to sleep quickly and sleeping well all night are well worth putting up with the smell.

Have used Valerian for twenty plus years. Used to grow mine. Yours is so much easier. Helps with sleeo, muscle soreness, and relaxation. Years ago I had a rottweiler with spine problems. I gave him these and he acted like a pup.

This was recommended to me to help me sleep. The suggestion was to take three but in ly took two. I could feel myself falling asleep but mind kept waking me up. Next time I’m taking three and see if it works.

Doesn't work

I always awoke with leg cramps in the middle of the night, but since I started taking Valerian I have no more leg cramps and I sleep much better.
