Digital Measurer
I purchased despite a few negative reviews. NOTE when using the base, keep your finger clear of the wall pin. Perhaps that needs to have a separate area for it to come out of? This laser measurer worked great for my picture hanging project. Now they are "straight" and not crooked thanks to having strategically placed 2 liquid vials. I am satisfied with this measurer.

Basic model gets the job done
No frills horizontal and vertical laser level. two modes of operation: auto-level which will throw a level horizontal and vertical line or locked which will allow you to turn and adjust the lines any way you want (not level but allows you to cast a straight line in any orientation). The attachment that comes with this is useless because it's cheap plastic and molded crooked. You're going to need a level surface as a foundation or you can mount this to a tripod. bright enough for interior use and comes with a soft carrying case. Great value for the money but don't expect anything from the included mount.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
Unit worked long enough to determine it was not bright enough to see two feet from the projector. It might work indoors, in a completely dark room, but not if any lights are on and useless outdoors. Then it died!

Inexpensive level that works well.
Laser level that is good for the price. Laser is bright gets to level quickly. Seems to be built well as I have dropped it a few times and it still works!

Laser level works OK when inside but laser is not bright enough to use outside or in large, light-filled rooms

Mine seems accurate and can be used without float
If you long press the button, you can turn it on in locked mode. This means you can place it against a flat surface or clamp it to something with predictable accuracy. Not that it is perfect, but that the design doesn't actively try to make it worse.I bought two units to help with vehicle wheel alignments, they seem to be consistent and true.
