The models of this type of device that are made entirely of plastic fail quickly - control levers break off or the hose attachment points just fatigue and break from nothing more than the weight of the tubing.Enter these beauties from Pawfly - solid metal, tough as nails. And the manufacturer stands behind their products 100% - can't ask for much more. There is no reason to worry that you may get one of those rare items that slipped through QA or that may have been damaged in transit to you - the manufacturer will take care of it promptly.The adjustments are easy to make, you don't need to use all the ports - just close off any not yet in use. This means you can get one with more ports than you need so that you will be sure to have an extra port or two when you do.My only complaint (and this is not really a complaint because I had no intention of using them) are the suction cups. They really smell badly of chemicals and I tested one out just to see how they were - they don't stay stuck to the glass very long. Again, I wasn't buying this for the suction cups, so this is not an issue for me, and frankly, should not be an issue for anyone since what we are buying here is the control valve ;-)Bottom line - I highly recommend this product and will shop from this store again (and already have!).

10/9/2023: have been testing for a while, and I LOVE this product! I didn't wanna buy another air pump when I came across these types of valves, and WOW! It works for both my tanks and it's not even loud (excluding air pump). It fits both my tubings and has some pretty strong power! That being said, you do have to adjust it to each sponge filter, one works perfectly fine but when you try to adjust it, the other filter stops. Otherwise, it's a great product! Anyone who has multiple betta tanks or ones with low-flow, I definitely recommend! Will be buying again if I get more tanks!

The valve isn't perfect but that was expected. Airflow isn't equal between each valve so you need to adjust accordingly.The suction cups stick well for me but the clips on them are mediocre. They will hold flexible standard airline tubing fine but anything thicker or with more resistance may give problems.1 of the 3 check valves worked very well. The other 2 limited airflow a bit. Still, most check valves are a lottery and these 3 in general were much better than a pack of 4 black ones that I got from another seller.None of the items are perfect but at the price it's still worth a buy.
