Protects me from cold
Works quite well and does the job.

Rusted internals leaving the water reddish brown. Potentially harmful to inhale.
Opened the brand new package and on the first run the water was a reddish brown. Removed the lid to empty out the water and the internal cap fell off exposing the heating filament which was rusted right out the box. The fact that the cap of the heating filament came off is disturbing in itself but seeing the rust was extremely disconcerting as we don't even know my child would have been inhaling. Especially considering that this is marketed as a medical grade is shocking.

Not safe.
The product is substandard. The plastic jar is of very very poor quality. I regret buying it. It will cause accidents. Continuous use above 3 to 4 mins is a huge risk. The jar will not bear high temperature water if it used above 3 to 4 mins.
