Excellent product
This is a game changer in my kitchen! I recently switched to carnivore diet, which was why I got it. Now we literally use it for 80% of all cooking in the house now, it's so easy to use and is the best decision I've made in recent times.

Spare Parts
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with Ninja’s service. I purchased an oven from Ninja through Amazon, and after a short period, an essential part of the device broke. I contacted the company to request a replacement part, but they informed me that it is not available and cannot be provided. Honestly, this is unacceptable, especially considering that the device is expensive and the brand is well-known worldwide. The after-sales service was far below my expectations.

I received the box clearly opened before with only small tape holding the cover, and has damages on the side and the smart thermometer is missing from the box !!

I received it, when I plugged it in, i got fire in my home, made a big electricity problem (shut off) And the device damaged. I discovered it was 120v and not compatible with egypt and UAE (220volt) It wasn’t mentioned in any product details.

Differences between product pictures and product?
In the pictures, it is shown as Broil in the menus, but the incoming product has a Reheat defined menu. The maximum temperature is 210 C, but in the descriptions it is said that it has a heating degree up to 500 F, that is 260 C. In the description, it is written that the frying chamber is 3.8L and the pot is 5.7L. How many litres is the actual reservoir of this product? It would be good for everyone if the seller explains this information more clearly. Apart from these issues, the product is of good quality and really smokeless cooking is very nice...
