Purchased these and then decided they were too expensive. Went back to awful stuff I used before. Decided very quickly that I would rather eat ramen noodles to save money and use these Because products . I know this product does what it says it's going to do. I have very few leaks and pants are very comfortable and soft. Great product - thanks !!

I have tried MANY different brands of briefs. I have another thinner and cheaper one I use during the day but no good for overnight. Although, these are more expensive they are well worth it. They are soft and cushiony and absorb A LOT of liquid. They are super stretchy and I would guess they would even fit 3X. Hope they work for you. I know how frustrating it is to find something that works for you.

These are very good overnight diapers. They really hold up if you are not able to get up in enough time to get to the bathroom in time. Their capacity is great if you have to urinate a few times. Highly recommend.

Work well. Hold a lot but leak some on bed linens if very full.

More expensive than other incontinent depends but also has better absorbency and comfort for the patient. You do have to be careful when pulling them up or helping pull them up as your fingers can go thru the material

Hi, I just want to says these pull ups are working so nicely for my mother. I no longer have to change the bedding daily. They aren't the most attractive pull up but, they fit without restriction around her legs or her belly. They are easy for me to put on and take off her. I have tried a lot of major bands and they just couldn't hold up until morning. Thank you for making my life easier and her life dryer!

I don’t know that this was the right purchase for me. I have issues with nighttime incontinence. I bought 2X and they are twice as long as I need The waistband comes all the way up under my breast . the waist twice the size they seem to stretch lots And the crotch doesn’t sit where it needs. Not real sure about the repeats around the legs as everything just didn’t fit the way it needed to be. I’ll be going back to the xl. I bought 4 paks and have 3 1/2 left. I guess I’ll use them in a pinch.

These are great incontinence underwear. I have ordered these directly from Because previously, but I find their marketing practices to be deceptive. Twice now, they have taken an order from me and automatically made it a standing order (subscription). So, I thought I'd try ordering from Amazon to avoid that hassle. They're also a bit cheaper from Amazon.BUT...These may be 'seconds' in manufacturing. As I said, I have purchased these directly from Because Market. These that I received from Amazon have an uncomfortable spot towards the rear of the absorbent pad. It's like there is extra glue in there that is harder and less flexible. And that spot seems to be exactly where my bottom contacts the chairs I sit on, so it is constantly an irritation. I try flexing and bending in that area before I put them on to break up the solidity, and maybe that helps a little. I would give them 5 stars if not for that uncomfortable fact. In spite of this manufacturing defect, they still absorb very, very well. I've done a lot of research, and the ability to hold up to 6 cups is unique in the industry. So, I have mixed feelings about another purchase.
