I have tendonitis in both my thumbs, and have previously been using a combination of Aleve, Tylenol, and Voltaren to manage the pain. I tried Biofreeze for the first time several days ago, and it dulled the pain in my thumbs within a few seconds. I was stunned at how well it worked. The pain relief lasted for about 18 to 20 hours. I will definitely be using Biofreeze going forward.

I have a knee that I've been advised for the past 15 years should be replaced. I use this and occasionally a knee brace. Works like a charm. I still walk 3-5 miles a day and ride my stationary bike. Highly recommend for pain control.

We've all been there when a taxing workout makes us feel super sore the next day. Biofreeze has always been one of my remedies. My favorite form is the spray because it makes it easy to get areas like your upper back that are more difficult with creams or roll ons. It is light weight. My favorite is to apply it, stay shirtless and sit infront of a fan and let the cooling methol relieve all of my pain in less than 5 minutes. The feeling last for a good like 30 minutes too. Good value for the money for sure. I also like that it doesn't make me feel overly stick when it dries, but i would still recommend taking a shower before bed.

Effective spray in any direction. Cost about the same as 3oz size from the local store. Good value. Very good pain relief, I have pinched nerves in my neck and back and have to switch products through out the month and this is one of my go-to products. The 4 oz size is perfect. Its very cold when it first goes on and then heats. Helps with the pain and headaches.
