No sample, no sweat
The product did not come with a sample...i am not sure if it requires the sample for it to help you sweat, but I am not feeling much of a difference.

Does the job ok
I like this, and I think it does the job well, but I feel like it honestly gets stretched out over time and loses the compression. I wish there was a true extra small.
