Rewrite of review (Cheap Components)
The sale and delivery were absolutely fine. Had to wait for two or three days before could dig a hole for it and then set it up. Seemed to go together smoothly and had it up easily. Then about 5-6 days later, awoke to find the pole had collapsed, but the section with flags was still together and the flags at least didn't hit the ground. Left the two flags attached and made sure the sections - that's right - two separate sections had collapsed and set it all up again. That lasted about three weeks, and it happened again. Had the kids come over and they put it back together again, they both tighten the sections as tight as they could and even used channel-locks to be sure they are tightly screwed together. Had to leave it up during a rainstorm because I was not sure if I could lossen the parts to lower the flags. Within the next couple of weeks, it fell twice more. Again, had to use channel lock pliers to get it completely apart. Saw a video online for repair of like poles that the tightening plastics inside the pipes needed to be replace. I checked my plastic collars and they were worn down so far you hardly feel them at all, and in several places ad they were had worn completely away. That much war and tear is very hard to believe for the short time I have tried this product . Now where do I go to find replacement collars, and pray they fit this particular pole. My advice from all this is - don't come near buying this, even with a 25-foot POLE. Don't know how to reach the seller. When I clicked on their name I wound up at some clothes shopping store with the same (?) name. Oh, and by the way, using the channel locks and so much pressure on the tubes, to unlock the ones that did lockup again, put scratch marks on the pole. So as some Roman person once said, "Buyer Beware".Communicated with the business customer service and they responded very quickly. They explained the problem with locking components and will provide me with a full refund. Must compliment the customer service and change my review to a 4 star based on that. Believe me, correcting problems with the component end is maddening and I wish them good luck and Godspeed.

Easy installation
Easy to install. Twist lock pole sections. Bring it down for 30 or 40 mile an hour winds.

Pole will bend or break in 14MPH winds flying the flag they supply.
UPDATE:Product information states that at 40MPH, flag should be taken down. Well, gusts of 14MPH bend or break this flag pole. The first one lasted several months before it broke. Figured it was a defective unit so ordered and installed a second unit. That unit failed in two weeks with gusty winds that never exceeded 14MPH!!!There is no way to contact the seller. There is no listing for them, no contact page, etc. Amazon is taking it back because it has only been two weeks!!!Something else to note: The pole does not stay locked in the up position. It will randomly drop a section when it feels like itāll. One of the problems that I found is that the ring at the top of each section will actually come loose from the pole. If you do not tighten this one first, you cannot tighten the extensions.Just like my original, the upper ring for the flag does Not move smoothly. It is constantly binding. It is a plastic ring that does not have enough room to move without rubbing, thus binding. Do not see any way of fixing it short of taking that head part off and cutting it.End of Update:^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^I had a 30 foot version and after 6 months, it became impossible to unlock the sections. I was not able to lower the flat (standard size that ships with the pole) and a 25MPH gust of wind snapped the pole after bending it.Kept the bottom section of the pole and cut it at 3 feet. Put it into the hole and then the new pole inserted into that perfectly. The flag is nice and clearly visible. I have the solar pole light on top. I like the pole concept and the way it looks. Time will tell if this pole and its locking mechanism are better than my first one.

Was a Four Star, Now a Two Star
When I first installed this flagpole I really like it. It felt a BIT lightweight but not overmuch, and I really liked the telescoping sections. I got it installed (about a foot down into concrete) and got it up and vertical, where it worked perfectly....Four Stars!AND then....Two Star territory happened. The various sections of the flagpole, which you kind of "extend and twist" to lock into place--just stopped working. I discovered this during the fall of 2022 when the pole was mostly collapsed down; with some experimentation I figured out that the sections no longer "locked" properly. After several rounds of trying to get it back up to height (wind of any kind would jiggle it enough to collapse back down), I finally gave up and took the flags inside for the winter.Come the springtime I will EITHER be putting in a new pole OR drilling bolts thru each section so they CAN'T collapse any more. I'll probably do the drilling, which I know will solve it, rather than take a chance on a different company's product. The whole thing WORKS, but it sure isn't very sturdy.Originally this was a FOUR star review, but I can't give it more than TWO now. Disappointed.
