This item was terrific! Plants arrived in about 3 days, all of them in peak health. I soaked them in water upon receipt as instructed. I got SEVENTEEN plants instead of the promised 15; I assume this is for some "insurance." My total cost was just over a dollar per plant. The garden centers around me sell these for as much as $8 apiece! The assortment I received was not quite as diverse as what is pictured. I count 5 varieties. I'll take strong, healthy plants over a larger assortment of half-dead leftovers any day. As you can see from the picture, there is still a wide assortment of sizes and styles, and these will work wonderfully for my purposes. All my plants are deep green, not the sickly gray-green that you usually find in local stores. Until now, I thought they were supposed to be that color! I have apparently been misting a lot of dead air plants that I purchased locally. No wonder they never grew! Every plant arrived in peak health. A single plant had a single crimped leaf, and even that one is vibrant and healthy. The plants seem sturdy, and I'm sure they'll thrive in my high-humidity terrariums. An easy 5 stars, for both this product, and the seller. This exceeded my highest expectations!

Beautiful love them. But just couldn’t keep alive for over 4 months. Just can’t grow but love

The plants looked green and healthy when I unboxed them. A few leaves were broken but nothing crazy. (Especially considering that 30 air plants were stuffed in a 4x6 inch box). The variety was good too. It looked like there were just 2 of the air plants with red but I received a fair amount of the medusae(?) variety which I love. I ordered a 12ct and the 15ct but received 30 in total, so bonus 3 air plants! 😊 😊 😊 (I had some really small ones but the extras really made up for that). And it came just 3 days after I ordered it, even though I chose standard shipping too! The only reason why I'm Not giving 5 stars is the fact that I don't know whether the plants will live or die off. Assume however that my plants are thriving if I never comeback to edit this review and that this is actually 5 stars. (And they actually shipped from Washington state if anyone on the NW was wondering; I had thought my air plants were coming from Florida, where I thought they were based, and worried they'd be dried out. But I guess they have multiple locations). I'm SUPER HAPPY I purchased air plants from them, wish me luck that they survive my care.

I'm not sure if all of the tips are supposed to be brown on these plants, or how to fix it if they are not but I will try my best. I soaked them for about 40 minutes. They are definately alive. One of the plants has no defects what so ever. I haven't owned air plants since I was a teen. Purchased for a terrarium and am excited to get it set up.

They're beautiful upon arrival some weren't so healthy but shipping and new environment takes a shock I've lost half of them now 💔 and I love my air plants their so easy ❤️ to care for easier than regular house plants no transplanting no to much water not enough water I've spent a lot of $ on plants and 2 same plants 1 is thriving and the other one died I should have requested a replacement but it's such a hassle I usually won't waste my time not anymore I have been returning things this month alone I spent 265$ and my boyfriend spent quite a bit also some times I'm thrilled and other times disappointed but I've found it's easier to return them once I figured it out now the ups lady knows me at first she was irritated and finally she said you did a really good job that made me feel better and now I know I can get my money back if I'm not satisfied with the product

UPDATE 1: It’s about 2 weeks since I received these and already 4 of them are completely dead. I am anticipating at least 3 more dying in another week and the remainder after that. The only ones I think will survive are the two that were healthy when they arrived. Pay the extra buck or two and try a different seller.This one is the cheapest for a reason. Original: I purchased air plants about a year ago from another vendor. They are still alive and thriving. I decided to add more and chose this vendor because it had a slightly different variety than what I already have. When these plants arrived, they were very stressed and dried out. There was a significant amount of them that had dark dried out leaves; one was shedding leaves. I wasn’t happy with this because I don’t believe they will survive more than a month or two. With the other vendor, all but one or two were a vibrant green and very healthy. The two that weren’t healthy were in a similar condition to what I just received. Neither of those two survived. However, when I contacted the old vendor about this, I was immediately sent two replacement plants. I cannot contact this vendor through Amazon, but I did find a card with an email address. I emailed, attaching photos of all the plants, including the ones that were in the most egregious condition. I fully expected to get a few replacements for the ones that look bad. In the response, they stated that ALL of my plants looked very healthy and were in the condition they expected them to be and all they needed was a good soak. I’m baffled by this response because the darkened colored leaves in the photos are leaves that are dried out and hollow and yet I’m being told that this “normal”. Maybe these plants will survive or maybe I just wasted my money. In any case, I will pay the extra dollar to purchase from the original vendor I used because the plants were healthier and the vendor stood by their product without any issue. Should these plants survive, I will probably update this review to three or four stars but I would strongly advise to choose one of the more popular vendors

These arrived in great shape and a nice selection of sizes and types. They are very healthy and I will definitely buy from them again! The Chapstick in the one photo is to show size.
