I really want to like this. Fabrication is solid. Perfect size. The packaging was awesome cause each beam was individually wrapped. The black powder coat is nicely done.BUT, its missing an entire crossbeam. The package only contained 5 out of the 6 crossbeams. This reduces the overall load capacity. More than happy to give 5 stars if you all can kindly send me 1 crossbeam so I can have a complete set of 6 and maximize the load carrying capacity.Update:Manufacturer was awesome and sent piece immediately. Since then I have used and it is such a great setup. Quality and craftsmanship is solid. 100% recommend.

Love how easy installation was and all the hardware it comes with! Only thing that could be improved on is a guild to line up the cross bars so they’re installed with equal spacing with ease. Just told my friend to buy one of these. Well worth It! Definitely tested the durability with the move my family and I made in July, extremely glad it was affordable and strong!

Would it have killed you to add proper instructions with your product? It appears to be very well built and packaged very well. But doing all of this you would think to add proper instructions, UTUBE, a video, a link or something.

The media could not be loaded. Product went together easily. Well built. Only thing I didn’t like is the hardware is not black.

Very easy to assemble and install. I installed myself without a helper. This was installed on 2023 Subaru Ascent with Thule crossbars. The rack compliments the look very well. I would recommend this rack to anyone.

Missing 1 base bracket only three out of four came in the box, see instructions on page 1. There’s a mismatch base bracket, see picture attached. This product is not compatible with SUV Thule roof rack, the bolts are not long enough to secure the base bracket from the Thule roof rack.

It's a good solid rack with lots of options with the T-slot system. It was because of the t-slot system I was able to attach it to my canopy rails with angle brackets. I was thus able to lower it right down to the roof line, instead of mounting on cross bars.I liked that the cross bars are movable, let me accomadate the antenna hump, and the sun roof.It comes with a lot of extra bolts and t-slot nuts and a variety of other bits and pieces.What I don't like:Despite what they claim this is not powder coated. It has one coat of cheap paint that scratches down to the metal very easily. I repainted mine with truck bed liner.It is pretty low noise, until you get to 65mph, no whistles but plenty of buffering noise.If you want a solid rack, with plenty of options, especially if you like customizing like me , don't mind scratches or repainting it's a great option for the price.N.B. not all t-slot systems are the same , make sure you measure the bolts and nuts first.
