took me a long time to start using these bags for storage in my fridge. i am surprised how long vegetables and fruits stay fresh inside them. i got them originally for shopping bit find them useful for storage as well.

I've used these several times now at the store for produce and they work great plus there's no weight to them so I'm not paying extra. However, I feel like they're really wide. My celery and asparagus fit nicely in them but there was a ton of extra room width wise so it made it feel a little off balance. I do love how you can wash them so easily, I put mine in a lingerie type of bag and throw them in the washer if they need a good rinse otherwise I just wipe them off by hand and throw them back in the car. For the price you get a lot of them and they seem very sturdy and I'm excited to test them all out at once this summer at the farmer's market. The drawstring is also a nice bonus and keeps my produce in the bag and doesn't roll around in the car.

Like many people, I’m trying to cut down on the consumption of single-use plastic in my household. These are great for most fruits and vegetables at the store. I really like the little toggle, although I know it’s plastic, because it does a better job at keeping my produce from falling out of the bag than the ones that you have to tie to close. I will say it’s not great for storing veggies in the fridge, like lettuce and green onions, as they dry out and wilt faster than they do in the plastic bags from the store, but I can use the plastic bags for those particular items and reuse the same bags until they get gross or torn.I don’t bother trying to get the 16 year old cashiers to use the tare weight of the bags when scanning my groceries, and can easily handle the additional few cents it costs me to do so. I feel like these are light enough that it just isn’t a concern for me. I have found that most cashiers still have a difficult time getting the produce to scan through the bags, but it doesn’t cause too much of a hold up in the line.I plan on purchasing more of these and giving them as gifts to some of my friends and family who have expressed interest in reducing plastic use in their households as well.

These are VERY lightweight (no more than the ones at the grocery store)! Even though they aren't made of eco-friendly material, I got them anyway because cotton bags were so "heavy" (grocery stores I live near don't do tare weight, so I would have been paying extra each time). It's still better than using single use plastic bags anyways. A plus is these seem pretty durable so they should last me a while! It would be nice to have more of the large bags (and they were smaller than expected but that's on me because I didn't look too closely at the sizings, but they're still large enough to fit four small heads of broccoli comfortably). They are see-through enough for the cashier to easily tell what is in them which is convenient.

I’ve had these bags for a few years now and they have held up great. Love all the various sizes. They are machine washable. Most cashiers can still scan the produce stickers through the mesh bag, so it doesn’t seem like much of a burden for the employees.

Fantastic! Plus after receiving these, it occured to me to look at the video about them. People carry them to the market and never use the stupid plastic bags provided there that are inconvenient and bad for the environment. That will make shopping and putting away groceries so much easier!I’m also using them to collect and sort piles of junk in our kitchen so our many children can carry their stuff back to their rooms. They work beautifully for this purpose too although if other customers try it, know that I’ve only used them for this “off brand use” for a couple of weeks and whether they are durable enough or not for that remains to be seen. But so far, the ones I have been using that way have shown no sign of damage.Need to finish this review because I want to buy a couple more sets! Now!!!!!

These are a really great alternative to having to use the plastic bags at the grocery store for produce.I used one bag for a few ears of corn still in the husk and the rough and pointy ends didn't damage the bag at all so I would say they are durable. The thin bag the store provides would have ripped from the corn husk. These bags can also handle more weight than the store plastic bags.So far I have not experienced any staining or any issues from use. Since they are a fine netting, a quick rinse is all they need if there is any dirt or debris left from your produce.I would highly recommend these if you are looking to cut down on your single use plastics.

My daughter-in-law purchased these bags and told me about them and showed them to me when I was at her house last. I then went home and ordered them for myself. I received my purchase quickly and have been using them every time I go to the grocery store ever since. The range of sizes of the bags is helpful, i.e. you don't need the same size bag for a couple of heads of garlic as you do for corn on the cob. I also like the cord closure at the top so that nothing falls out. I have only had them for three weeks so I can't attest to their durability other than to say that they seem very well made and I don't see anything that indicates they will be ripping any time soon. I'm glad to not have to take plastic bags off the roll (when you can find them in the store) only to take them home and throw them out. Good purchase. I'm glad i got them.

Good solution to not using plastic produce bags. Haven’t had to clean them yet so I’m not sure how well they clean. Bit on the pricier side but that’s the nature of this product. This was the cheapest I was able to find.
