Instructions Bad, But Product Itself Is Solid
For the price this is a really great product. 6 year old loves it! Perfect for “quick escape” from tree house. Not suitable for older kids or adults. Note: I was really confused about how the ratchet worked, and the instructions are terribly, but once you figure it out it, it is actually quite well designed. Also be sure that the wheels are ON the cord.

Better than a steel cable zipline
After installing a ninja slackline and this zip line, I've come to the conclusion that the slackline approach is superior to a steel cable (as far as ease of use goes for small kids). The main reason is that we had to adjust both ends around 4 times each to get just the right angle and height, and that just sounds miserable for a cable set up, as it takes much longer to get the line taught. Another benefit is the slight automatic breaking. When the kid is half way (and depending on the angle), they start to droop from the slack in the line, creating less of a downward angle towards the end. If you want this thing can fly though! The pulley is well made and solid and so is the ratchet, and we have also been able to build more attachments from our other ninja line. This has been an excellent addition to our back yard and the kids have been playing on it pretty often.

Disappoined
I really wanted to be able to write a great review here. However, we were greatly disappointed to find this Zipline would not zip regardless of the incline. We had it and a 10ft to 7ft drop and it still would not even zip or slide itself down the drop. However, it was an easy return process through Amazon. I do appreciate that. I cannot recommend the product.

What a blast!
We bought this for camping and it was a hit! Easy to set up and take down! The kids had hours of fun! All the parts are included and it comes with a bag. We will be taking this with us everywhere. And the tree protectors are a must! We cannot wait for our next adventure. We will definitely be getting more slack line supplies.

odd/cheap design compared to the more expensive strap type slacklines
strap is much thinner material wise compared to the other brands of slack lines ive ordered in the past, thus i doubt it will survive long in the florida sun. also the zipline device is very strange in that it is slightly less wide than the strap itself so while it rolls smoothly, it still rubs on the edges of the slackline and with kids hanging off it and accellerating down the line this will most certainly fray the edges as its used more and more. anyway, probably worth the money but if id buy the nicer slack line and zipline wheel/bracket gimmick next time instead when this one eventually falls apart.

Make sure you have 2 strong anchor points less than 60 feet apart!
This zipline is a blast, and our kids love it! The package includes everything you need to set it up, though I ended up making some small changes to better fit my yard.I'll start by saying that having good anchor points is EXTREMELY important! The quality and success of the zipline relies on your ability to find 2 trees (or tree-strength posts) to which you can attach the line. If one or both of your anchor points isn't strong enough, it will start to bend as you tighten the line. And if the line isn't tight enough, it won't be able to support the weight of the rider without sagging and potentially hitting the ground. Also, 60 feet may not be as long as you think. Make sure you measure the distance and keep in mind that to wrap the lines around the trees, you will probably end up needing to work with trees that are slightly less than 60 feet apart. For me, it was about the width of my backyard (which is a relatively-narrow yard within city limits). It's easy enough to set up, and the instructions were helpful. I didn't have any problems, and you'll have an easy time if you know how to use a ratchet strap. Once everything is set up, it was easy to use and the kids love it. Younger kids may be somewhat scared to use it, but older kids will ride it all day. As for the changes I made, we bought a separate rope swing base that the children can sit on. The handle bar for hanging works just fine, but because I wasn't able to mount the 2nd anchor point very high, so hanging from your arms causes you to reach the ground faster than you will from a seated position. But as long as your zipline is properly mounted, you shouldn't have this problem.I highly recommend it to anyone with the proper trees for it. 5 stars!

Your going to end up staying at the park much longer then expected, a ton of fun for the kids
If your not tall enough I highly suggest dragging a step ladder to the park with you to be able to place this zipline at a high enough angle to allow a smooth slide down for kids. The angle you place the zip line will constitute how fast kids travel on this. I wanted a slow smooth slide that wasn't too high off the ground, but allowed the kids to reach the ground toward the end to allows then getting off, without crashing into the tree. An adult, or if you have a teen, can help the reach the zipline at the highest point. So do the kids love it? They absolutely do, a huge hit! My kids are very active and they couldn't get enough of this zipline. What was suppose to be a 2 hour outing at the park, turned into a 6 hour carnival with countless kids lining up wanting to go as well.Instructions as easy to read and written in clear English with examples. The 2 included wool type material tree saver works really well in gripping the trees and preventing harm to them, as well as holding your zipline loop around the tree firmly. Each tree protector wraps around the tree nicely and are held in place with velcro. The ratchet is heavy duty and lined with grip in the right places. No sharp edges or manufacturing defects and it held up really well. Keep in mind that with all items that are materials (the strap specifically) in the hot sun, you will have to ratched it down again from time to time to remove the slack, and to prevent the kids from hanging too low down. All of the materials are of nice quality. The simple drawstring bag is a nice feature and keeps all the items in one place.
