I bought this for boxing and it’s been good to me. I’m not going to blame the moth piece for the molding aspect but when I molded mine, it didn’t come out perfectly but my theory is that I may have boiled it a few seconds too long or because it’s larger than the ones I’ve molded before that I had some difficulty.The one positive thing about this mouth piece is that it has the breathing holes it comes with. So whenever I’m exhaling from throwing a punch, I feel like it’s better because not only can I exhale when I’m throwing a punch more easily but I can also bite down on the mouth piece hard.

Works well when weight lifting, no grinding of teeth yet can easily breathe.

As someone that cannot really breath well through their nose and uses this for MMA....being able to suck air through my mouth guard was important, but after forming even WITH the plastic insert still inserted, there is no way air gets into it....I like the way the guard forms, but if this is the feature you are buying it for move along
