Lines did appear not quite as clear as some I have had so cut it a star.

My only complaint is the margin markers (right arrows) are not on the page as illustrated. This is why I purchased this product.

Great for tracking food intake
I love using graph paper for many tasks. I use one page each day and "draw" forms to track my weight and what I eat for each meal along with the amounts of protein, carbs and calories. I like having a notebook like this so I can easily look back in history to see how my weight changes in response to what I eat.

High Quality Notebook
The notebook itself is great, no bleeding through the pages. This particular notebook is 4 squares per inch.The product arrived as expected and in good condition.I like the orange color quite a bit, however I think it might me a little overpriced for just a single notebook. 4/5 could be more accessible imo!
