Can i use this headset wirelessly on ps5 or series x without the dongle?

No, it needs the dongle to connect. A word of warning: I sent mine back because I tried to update it and the thing wouldn't turn back on. Before that, it worked, but the sound was pretty tinny. If I were you, I'd get a good set of non gaming headphones, and pair them up with a mic. Will possibly be cheaper and sound way better. Very underwhelmed by gaming related items. I have some fidelio x2s and a V-Moda mic and it sounds way better than these. I know this setup works on series X but am assuming it'll work fine on ps5 too.

As far as I know it connects to whatever the usb dongle is plugged into... so you'd have to swap that over. There should be a setting on your xbox to say 'turn on with peripheral', whether it will accept the headphones or not you'll have to see, I only have turn on with controller set

On the nova 7x do they fit on a bigger head and are they loud

They are very loud if you use their program in PC. Talking about connecting them in another device like phone, the volume is fine. And yeah, they fit in a big head

Can you bluetooth to a mobile device or PC without the dongle? S22 ultra isn't picking it up

Yes definitely. I do it every day. Both on MacBook and iPhone. Also used an mp3 player. Did you put in pairing mode? Touch Bluetooth button for a few seconds until you hear the pairing mode and the blue light flashes faster
