Easy prep. No smell, taste, or calories.
I tried this stuff for the first time tonight as a rice substitute. Prep was very easy. I emptied 2 bags into a mesh strainer, rinsed, and then placed in a bowl with a paper towel on the bottom to dry it off. I’ve heard that some brands can smell or taste weird but that wasn’t my experience with this at all. It has zero smell and zero taste. This stuff looks just like rice but the different is noticeable when you chew it. The texture is similar to soaked chia seeds or maybe the little pods of tapioca in tapioca pudding. Overall I really like it as a substitute and will buy again when these run out. There are no carbs and basically no calories so it makes reaching weight loss goals much easier.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This shirataki rice is a great low-calorie alternative when you’re craving something filling. It’s easy to prepare, absorbs flavor well, and works nicely in stir-fries and bowls. I like that it helps keep meals light without feeling like you’re missing out. A solid option for anyone watching calories but still wanting volume.

Follow directions and fry in a skillet.
Great if trying to control carbs. Follow directions and be sure to skillet fry. Will pick up whatever flavors you add. Closest thing to noodles I've had with minimal carbs.

Good gluten free noodles
Satisfying replacement with a good sauce or in soups. Really helps to rinse well and put in a warm pan to dry cook for a better texture Helps me stay gluten free. No carbs or calories.

Really nice product!
Tastes really good! A little crunchy but not too much like the kelp but also not as crisp like those block konjac. Also there’s no smell at all! Like those block konjac from Asian groceries you need to boil them a few times to get rid of the smell. I don’t have that problem with this one. Very convenient too, just open the package rinse a few times and it’s ready to go! Price is okay, not too expensive, I would definitely buy it again.

Worth It!
These are fantastic! No weird smell and the texture is great! I prepared them as though I was making a fried rice and I loved them! You can’t beat these as a low carb noodle substitute!

Small portions. I got the ten pack varieties
I tried the Vietnamese noodles with my already cooked vegetables. It was OK. It blended well. Next I just cooked the 2 packs of rice following washing instructions. Then place it my rice cooker with a little amount of water. Its not much and the result feels somewhat gummy texture similar to the noodles but in rice form. I'm not bas impressed with the moist pack as I am with the dry pack that I bought before this. The dry rice tasted more to real rice in texture and taste. I also used the angel hair next as part of my ingredients to my egetable egg roll for bulk but I just made it today and I've frozen it for deep frying tomorrow. Will update once I taste it. I think the angel hair was manageable after thorough washing. I just chopped it like the vegetables before wrapping. The picture is the rice from two packs. Very small portions.
