Love this. My go to for flavor.

This wasn't particularly cheap, even for being 'bulk size', but I have no regrets. The taste is great and there is plenty of heat. I've used it to make Texas Style Chile which came out great (3 tbsp lard to brown 1 diced large onion, 3 tbsp tallow mixed into 3# diced chuck, 3 tbsp chili powder & simmer until the beef is tender).

If you love Chipotle then DO NOT buy this product. I love Chipotle. Thus, I think my taste buds understand true, deep, well prepared, authentic Chipotle. This product piqued my interest because of the generous amount for the price. As the saying goes...too good to be true... This product seems to contain tabasco, or cayenne...as well as some jalapeños. The flavor is not richly smoky, plus the Tabasco or cayenne really cause a burning gut. Not the good burn either. True Chipotle does not cause afterburn. So, to the company...produce a better Chipotle and raise price. Offer taste packs, one tsp each type, at no charge. You're sure to gain a loyal following. I'd ask for a refund but as it stands, I won't be ordering again. Unless you concoct authentic Chipotle and allow a taste, at no charge. Best!

Fantastic and fragrant

I've had chipolata powder many times over the years in my kitchen. This is the first time I've ever received any that smells and even tastes like alfalfa. It's clear there are ingredients not listed, unless they're just adding the entire plant after it's dried out instead of just the peppers without stems. I don't think they care about quality and may be scamming everyone. Their webiste does not exist and they're part of some huge shipping conglomerate which raises more questions about the privately owned farm I somehow imagined this might be when ordering, based on the name. Is it owned and run by China? Could be for all we know because they don't have a working website.

It came Ripped and going all over. Fell out all over the table. It won’t even let me return or replace….
