Love the combo of calcium with magnesium in a capsule for those of us that can’t do tablets. But please make a bigger size. Taking 3 a day means this is empty very quickly.

I take a broad spectrum of supplements daily. I have a small bowl of tablets and capsules to get through. Ease of swallowing is therefore a VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR for me. I find these LARGE CAPSULES (see pic) EASY TO SWALLOW as they are not powdery and do not seem overly dry in the mouth. In the interest of curiosity I allowed one to stay in my mouth to see what would happen. It did NOT QUICKLY DISINTEGRATE. It was not unpleasant. This is why I usually prefer capsules. I then chewed it up. The powder inside formed a paste with a fairly neutral taste. Not nice as such but not unpleasant either. I then swallowed the remains without any issue or needing a drink to clear my mouth. I’m not in a position to provide scientific data from my simple experiments but I’m very practised at listening to my body and mind. I’m happy to continue with this supplement.I hope these opinions and observations are helpful.

The recommended dose is 3 a day but I always have a large glass of milk and eat cheese several times a week so I take 2 a day. Current price is £19.90 but as the tub will last me 2 months its not too expensive when you compare the dosage of ingredients with other brands

Easy to swallow and flavour is ok, it seems beneficial, takes 3 capsules per day and 120 capsules in the bottle it will lasts for awhile, good product and quality.

I take calcium daily as I'm getting older and want to ensure that I have strong bones, teeth and muscles. Well, it's probably a bit late for the teeth as I don't have many of my own left, but as a precaution against osteoporosis these capsules may help. It's not easy to work out exactly what these capsules contain as there is no actual list on the bottle, but it looks like calcium 39% and magnesium 53.4%, which leaves 7.6% presumably made up of the other trace elements such as Vitamins D3 and K2 (which I take separately anyway). I would prefer to see a list of ingredients printed on the container so that you can see exactly what they contain. Then I noticed that the recommended daily dose is 3 capsules. You get 120 capsules so they should last 40 days. At nearly £20 this does not represent good value.

I'm using these to help with joint pain which I tend to get when I'm indoors for extended periods. I've found this is due to low vitamin D.Taking these supplements has been a breeze. They're easy to swallow. You take 2 a day so your bottle should last 2 months. I find the price for this supplement to be on the expensive side. That being said you have all the vitamins that support each other for optimal absorption in the formula.Vitamin D helps the body process and absorb calcium and vitamin K helps with this process also. So I'm on the fence in regards to value but I am enjoying these and they are helping my joint pain so I can safely recommend them x

I have been taking vitamin D for years now, and my immune system works really well. This supplements contains calcium and in order for our bodies to better absorb calcium it should be taken with vitamin D. This is is very important for people over certain age when bones become fragile due to body not able to absorb calcium from food. This supplement also contains vitamins K which is usually found in green salads etc. I always advocate for a healthy and balanced diet but I appreciate it’s not always can be achieved and this is when this supplement can come in handy.Easy to swallow with water capsules one month supply that in my opinion well priced.
