I used a thin plastic card or other things like that to clear around my nose. This does a much better job and less irritation. I finnish with facial soap and a sonic silicon brush that I purchased on Prime Day, same as this.Some reviewers mentioned those silicon brush attachment were not included. Anyway, It did come with 2 silicon brush attachment as the listing show. They are under the white plastic shell, that the device sits on, inside the box. I bought the extra one because I thought it wouldn't come with it, I definitely need that. The one I bought is probably better than those attachments anyway. So I have those 2 dedicated device and my face feel so good after.Edit: The action ultra sonic action pull that nasty stuff right out of the pores without too much pressure applied. When droplets of water lands on the spatula it vaporize in contact, cool to see it's not just a regular vibrating device.Also does not turn ON with one click. It turns On holding the button for a 3-4sec. Once it's ON single click to cycle the different mode of operation. Hold again to turn off.There are different settings that I don't really see the difference between them. I'm new to this, I use "+ion"

This gem is easy to use (once you get the hang of the pressure and use for each stage/treatment)! I've used it twice and I couldn't believe all that was hiding in my skin. I do weekly facials, and extractions. This gem got in there and with little pressure, eased the gunk from my pores with only warm water ( I just kept my face wet and kept wetting my face as it dried). I'll definitely use it after a hot shower with my cleanser and (after) a facial to collect way more grime. It says to only use 2-3 days a week, which sucks, cuz I'm addicted to getting the nastiness outta my pores lol... I definitely recommend this to my family and friends. Definitely worth the money too...

I’ve been seeing this product all over TikTok, but thought it was just another gimmick. I was on Amazon one day and noticed this was on sale so I decided to go for it. I’m so glad I did because this little tool got so much gunk out of my skin. It was crazy! You can tell that the instructions are written from someone whose English is not their first language, but it was still understandable. I have not used all of the functions on this tool yet. I have only used the exfoliation function, so I cannot speak for the other things, but that exfoliating! It was amazing! My skin felt baby smooth after using this! My only con would be the fact that there’s an auto shut-off after 5 minutes of constant use, but that’s no biggie. I just turn it back on if I’m not done. After a complete charge(which takes about 30-45 min), I’ve found that I can do 3-4 whole exfoliating sessions, each about 10 minutes long, without having to recharge again, so the battery life is pretty decent. If you’re looking for soft, glowing skin on a budget, then this is the product to use!

Very nice little machine that fits easily in your hand .It is very slim lined with easy to use controls that switch off automatically in 5 minute intervals .It stimulates the skin and gives a refreshing feeling .It contains a charger so there is no need for batteries . It comes with 2 double sided scrub- cleaning attachmentsthat fit over the spatula . Great for Acne and skin stimulation. I would recommend this item.

I bought this blackhead scrubber after seeing it advertised on TikTok, thinking it would be a great tool for clearer skin, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. It didn’t work at all for me and honestly felt no more effective than just using a spoon to scrape across my skin. I had high hopes based on the ads, but it was disappointing and didn’t perform as advertised. I ended up returning it. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for something that actually works for blackheads.
