Q: Can you use on stove to boil water to make tea, while infuser is full of loose leaf tea?

Yes. I bought one for my sister for Christmas. She likes it. Better than a kettle

Q: How many oz can the infuser hold please

I've put up to 6 tablespoons with no problem

Q: Can I use it on coil stove?

I don't know what a coil stove is, but if it gets no hotter than a ceramic electric stovetop then it's probably ok. The coils probably won't make a difference but, just the maximum temperature may.
